At Winshaper.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel, contact our support team at contact@winshapers.com
  • If the order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

b. After Shipment

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return (see Return Policy below).

2. Return Policy

a. Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or customization (e.g., personal care items, perishable goods, personalized products).

b. How to Return

  • Contact our customer service team at contact@winshapers.com to request a Return Authorization.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

c. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

b. Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Returns initiated after the return window has passed

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products (if applicable)

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
